Alexi of IMBOYCRAZY just informed me that: "when you’re sleeping, if you turn over and reposition your head on the pillow- your dream will change direction too." I LOVE SHIT LIKE THIS. someone give me more meaningless facts like this woman! I want to be her best friend.
So I spent the weekend working. But I guess that's okay for two reasons : Firstly, I distinctly remember having over a grand in my bank account less than a month ago and now I have less than $100. And secondly, it kept me off eBay (i guess these are roughly the same points). This isn't helping ! I got on eBay tonight and bid on something highly similar to the she-wolf ring in the last post. So amazing. However stuff from the US and Europe is taking waaay too long to get here. Am devastated.
I learnt the best thing this week. That walking is "falling forward in a controlled manner".
My dictionary on my mac is telling me that "learnt" isn't a word. Am I wrong here people???
I just found two photos that I really like that hey, why the hell not.
This is a verryyyy long time ago. Sitting outside my old apartment waiting for a taxi with Tash and Peggy. Note my beautiful socks.
And this is less-long-ago. At our new place. Tanita, myself and Tash. Being cute.
Inspiration: I'm listening to a lecture on the idea of sentience towards animals. Vego?

I just took these on my phone in a small photo frenzy. Things in our house that I currently love.
From the top;
My wardrobe - Now this is a contentious issue because I haven't always loved it, but there is high hopes for it and I have faith.
This is a busy image of box of paint, spinning artist lovingly lent to us by David which we haven't played with yet, the stack of read, enjoyed and loved books, our records (mostly stolen from outside an op-shop on a public holiday) and a basket full of DVD's, VHS and playstation two games. All bringing equal joy.
Josh's latest piece. Which makes me laugh but I love it at the same time. He's contemplating adding to it.
The pin-board by the front door - this is the last thing I see before I leave the house and it always makes me happy. It reminds me everyday to 'get a life'.
More books. This time in the bedroom. The top half of this pile is the 'un-read'. But I'm getting to it.
The curtains in our bedroom. Which are so kitsch.
And finally the Polaroids I've stuck on our bedroom wall which the landlord might not be too pleased about.
I don't classify myself as a photographer by any means, but I'm not a huge digital fan myself. I love how raw film photos come out looking. These are a few of my favorites. I don't have them all on my computer because I don't have a scanner at the moment and then again, it takes me at least a month to get through a 24 exposure roll.
